his event was held at a private residence in Kirkland, overlooking Lake Washington. Seating was arranged both indoors and out with specialty linens, fine glassware and silver. We created a casual flow using separate cooking stations on outdoor grills. Each menu item was finished off and served by our staff from beautifully decorated tables. Guests meandered from station to station, sipping melon margaritas and dining at their leisure. Towards the end of the evening, guests prepared their own s'mores, which made for a fun end to an evening of good food, good wine and good company.
