his event was held in the lobby of a boutique bank in down town Seattle. We transformed the bank lobby into an elegant gallery with specialty linens, crystal glassware, silver flatware, candles and floral centerpieces. The menu was prepared and served to 80 guests in formal attire. We began the evening with live music, a little bubbly and scrumptious passed appetizers. Throughout the event, Tom came out to introduce each course and talk about the wine pairings. In addition to this menu, specialty cookie gift tins were created by the Dahlia Lounge Bakery, which were given to guests as gifts upon their departure.
