Tom is one of the Pacific Northwest's most widely recognized chefs and best-loved food personalities, and he continues to win acclaim via his restaurants, cookbooks, and specialty food lines. Tom's passion for using only the best and freshest local ingredients, his enthusiasm, and his boundless creativity have helped put our five restaurants, Dahlia Lounge, Etta's, Palace Kitchen, Lola, and Serious Pie, on the national culinary map.

In addition to running our highly-praised restaurants, Tom has now committed the full scope of his energy and attention to the world of catering. While we've been catering intermittently for many years, we currently have a full-time catering staff eager to bring Tom's award-winning cuisine and outstanding service to your next event, whether it's a private dinner, a corporate meeting, a family celebration, or a grand holiday gala.

Unlike many catering companies, we do not work from a set of generic menus. Instead we delight in working with you to create a unique menu of Tom's exciting Northwest cuisine, perfectly tailored to your requirements. By now we've staged just about every kind of event conceivable, from intimate dinners to outdoor barbecues, to huge, lavish weddings. We particularly delight in coming up with imaginative ideas, like a casual taco bar, a stylish seafood bar, or a fun "S'mores" station for a barbecue party. We've worked successfully in just about every type of venue and with a wide range of budgets, and we're excited about designing a one-of-a-kind Tom Douglas experience just for you.

Tom Douglas Catering and Events will deliver Tom's meticulous preparations and outstanding service to your private residence or to a venue of your choosing. If you prefer to visit one of our restaurants, our private dining rooms are available. In addition, Palace Kitchen is available for exclusive lunches. Tom Douglas is also the exclusive caterer for both the beautifully renovated Hotel Andra (located right next door to Lola,) and the historic Paramount Theatre. Hotel Andra has a variety of elegant spaces suitable for meetings, dinners, and receptions. The Paramount Theatre can host groups from 10 to 3000 for pre-show meals, corporate entertaining and private affairs.
