
his event was held at Union Station's Great Hall in the International District. There were 420 guests. Upon arrival, guests were welcomed into the Great Hall where they were presented with an opulent, yet interactive cocktail hour. The seafood bar featured "hands on" chefs shucking oysters, a sumptuous display of fresh seafood prepared in a variety of methods with a full compliment of sauces. Servers passed signature appetizers as guests mingled in anticipation of dinner. The guest tables were set with beautiful floral arrangements, crystal glassware, silver plated flatware, specialty linens and customized printed menus for each guest. At each table, the entrees were presented by a team of waiters placing each item at the same time, then removing the plate covers to reveal a delicious array of food. Guests enjoyed the interaction of passing and receiving entrees while a server dressed the steak with the Syrah jam and offered more wine. We were able to serve all guests within 20 minutes using family style service.
