Triple coconut cream pie .8. Chocolate testadora, caramelized banana, hazelnut ice cream 9. Honey ~ tangerine creme brulee, old fashioned gingersnaps 8. Etta’s baked apple,spiced brioche croutons, cider caramel 9. Pear tarte tatin, pinot noir ice cream 8. Mandarin semifreddo, cornmeal brandy snap, tangerine sorbet 8. 2005 Kiona chenin blanc ice wine 9. all peaches and apricots, yet refreshing at the same time and a nice choice with fruit crisp or coco pie
2004 Durban muscat de beaumes de venise 9. sweet, of course, but a wonderful dessert on it's own, try it with a fruit dessert
2006 Columbia cellarmaster reserve riesling 6. fresh and sweet in a perfect balance, try with sherbet or sorbet and be amazed
Blandy's madeira 10 year 9. great sweetness with a caramelized orange peel flavor, try with the crème brulee
Graham's 2000 LBV port 10. big, ripe and rich enough for that after dinner drink, try it with a chocolate dessert
Warres "nimrod" tawny port 9. a subtle, nutty, caramel-type not as heavy as the Graham's, the perfect night cap
