Join Palace Kitchen chef Matt Costello on Saturday, April 4th at 1:30
PM at the Kirkland Sur La Table store. Matt will demonstrate how to
cook the Palace Kitchen's Spring Garlic Soup, Spring Vegetable Risotto
and Warm Chocolate Cake.
Sous chef Duskie Estes will also teach a class at Sur La Table, on
breakfasts. Learn how to prepare Bruleed Fruit with Zabayon, German
Baked Pancakes, Blood Orange Mimosas and Mexican Hot Chocolate among
other delicious recipes on Wednesday, March 30th at 6:30PM. Please

Dahlia Lounge Chef Johnathan Sundstrom will teach at the Bon Marche's
Cooking School. Johnathan will demonstrate a few of the Dahlia's
classic and most popular appetizers: Lobster-Shrimp-Shiitake
Potstickers, Mustard Seed Roti with Tomato-ginger Chutney and Rosemary
Semolina Flatbread with Spanish White Anchovy Caponata. The class is

THE BON MARCHE HELPS FIGHT HUNGER
As part of ongoing activities around the Taste of the Nation event,
proceeds from John's class and other Bon Marche cooking classes will
benefit Taste. In addition to attending the Cooking School, please
join us at The Bon Marche downtown and Bellevue stores on Saturday
March 7th for the Bon's "Chef Extravaganza". On that day, Share Our
Strength chefs from across the city will demonstrate their talents at
stations throughout the stores.
