Welcome Etta's New Chef

Chris Hunter, our Etta's Seafood chef for the past five years, is leaving us this winter to start his own restaurant, Supreme. His new place will open this winter in the Madronna neighborhood at 1404 34th Ave. We wish him the best of luck in his new venture and will miss him!

Moving into the chef position at Etta's is Chris Schwarz. Chris is originally from the East Coast. He moved to Seattle right around the time Etta's opened in 1995 and worked as a sous chef there for a few years before moving to the Dahlia kitchen. We welcome him back to Etta's Seafood in his new job as chef. Join us in wishing good luck and best wishes to both Chris Hunter and Chris Schwarz!
