Redhook BBQ & Blues Night at Palace Kitchen
Tuesday July 31st 6:30 P.M. - Midnight
Come and try some Seattle BBQ ! Tom will be cooking up
ribs, brisket, salmon and chicken and we'll sample six different Redhook
brews. This is a casual evening and a chance to argue with Tom about what
the best grilling techniques really are, as well as sampling
the Redhook line of premium beers. $25 per person, includes a Palace BBQ
platter and 2 beers per person. No reservations required -- just come on
by!
"Tom's Favorites" Cookbook Dinner at
Etta's Seafood
Our menu on this evening will be a multi course
tasting menu of Tom's favorite recipes from his book Tom
Douglas' Seattle Kitchen. The dinner will be paired with Columbia
Crest Grand Estates wines and is $75 per person, not including gratuity
and tax. Books are available for purchase that evening and Tom will
autograph copies if you like. Seating must be reserved in advance. Please
