The FRESH SHEET! December 2001
TASTE WASHINGTON 2002
Tom will be the chef for the national tour of the Washington Wine Commission's visits to select cities to educate consumers about the bounty and quality of wines that are produced in our state. As the second largest producer of wine in the country, with over 170 wineries, 29,000 acres of vineyards and a record harvest this past year over 97,600 tons, we in Washington State have something to sing about! The tasting events held across the country will feature wines from many of Washington's top wineries and a menu of Northwest seafood and other specialties prepared by Tom.
