The FRESH SHEET! Spring 2002

2ND ANNUAL BBQ & BLUES NIGHT

Last summer's barbecue night at the Palace Kitchen was one of our most popular events. On Monday, July 15th, Tom will cook up a Seattle style barbecue of ribs, brisket, salmon and chicken and we'll sample six different Redhook brews. The cost of $25 per person includes a Palace BBQ platter and 2 beers per person. There will be live blues music too. No reservations required -- just come on by! The Palace is open at 5:00 p.m. each night, and serves the full menu until 1:00 a.m. with cocktails until 2:00.
