INTRODUCING OUR SPECIALTY FOOD LINE!

Many of you are familiar with our Rub with Love spice rubs that have been on the market for a few years now. Last year we also introduced a line of barbecue sauces made with Redhook beers. As we have continued to develop our specialty food products, we have found the need for an umbrella name to market the food line. Tip Top Creative recently designed our new logo for the Tom Douglas' Seattle Kitchen food line, sharing the brand name with the title of Tom's first cookbook. The name Seattle Kitchen is descriptive of both our love of the city and our sense that these products come straight from our kitchen to your home.

Since their introduction, the Redhook BBQ sauces have been making their way into neighborhood grocery stores. We recently redesigned the bottles with our new brand name after refining the recipes a little too. Keep an eye out for these new labels and the future products that are to come. The Tom Douglas Redhook BBQ sauces come in three flavors:

Redhook Spicy Blonde Ale with Jalapeno and Mango
Redhook ESB with Maple and Smoked Chilies
Redhook Blackhook with Poblanos and Molasses

Delicious ginger-sake teriyaki sauces and a line of finishing salts are scheduled to follow next. Stay tuned for more details in the next newsletter.

The Rub with Love spice rubs are now available in all 50 states, and even internationally. Some of our newest customers include AJ's Fine Foods in Scottsdale, Dierberg's in St. Louis, Lund's/Byerly's in Minneapolis/St. Paul and Shaw's Supermarkets in New England. We're also the official rub of Supertarget stores, located all over the country. And if you have a hankering to grill in Keflavik, Iceland or Naples, Italy, you can always pick up a jar of rub at the local Navy commissary.
