6pm — Tasting 

Join the president of Ridge Winery as he walks you through a hand selected variety of his favorite Ridge wines.

Once again it's time for our series of dinners based on our favorite recently released cookbooks.

Join chef Chris Schwarz of Etta's down in the Pike Place Market on Sept. 7th, where he'll cook up a summer corn dish using local farmer's produce
