Little Tastes of the Dahlia

We’ve begun to host receptions in the private dining room in the Dahlia Lounge in the hopes of both educating our customers and having a great time. First, we chatted Artisanal cheeses and Washington wine. Next, we invited Armandino Batali of Salumi, to teach us about the passion and flavor of curing meats. Next up will be our favorite Sea Bar Tastes and sparkling wine.

Join us on May 18th for "Sea Bar & Sparkling Wine" as Michael Teer of Pike & Western Wine Shop walks us through his favorite bottles of bubbles and Tom teaches you how to make simple and light appetizers with all the fresh fish the Pacific Northwest has to offer. Reservations are required.

On June 15th, it’s rosé wines & food inspired by the noble olive

Please call the Dahlia Lounge at 206.682.4142 to make a reservation. The reception runs from 5:30 – 7pm, and you can come early or late! Cost is $30 per person. Space is limited
