Rick Bayless at Palace Ballroom

Bayless of Chicago’s Frontera Grill and Topolobampo. His new book, Mexican Everyday, continues his focus on authenticity and flavor, while making his great food accessible for the American kitchen. Seattle’s own culinary superstar, TomDouglas, will be creating this dinner inspired by Rick’s books. This party will be a fiesta not to be missed.
