Dine out at Etta’s this month and take advantage of 25 for $25. This is the perfect time to discover new digs and taste new foods, as 25 Seattle restaurants all over town participate in this dine-out promotion. Etta’s pre fixe menu will feature such favorites as: Etta’s Rub with Love Alaskan king salmon, cornbread pudding and shiitake relish, and our famous triple coconut pie. Delish!
IACP Palate & Palette Art Show & Auction

At the end of the month, Seattle will be swarming with foodies as they travel here for the annual International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP) annual conference. You too, can get in on the festivities and hob-nob with your favorite chefs and cookbook authors, at Jacques Pepin’s 70th Birthday, where Tom & Thierry Rautureau will be auctioneering. Benefactors of the auction include FareStart and The Culinary Trust, a scholarship and grant program set up by Julia Child 22 years ago. It is sure to be a night of good art for a good cause, with a little good fun thrown in. The event takes place Thursday March 30th, 6:30-8:30pm in the Washington State Convention & Trade Center. Tickets are $75 ($25 is tax deductible) and can be reserved via tgribbins@hqtrs.com.
