Lttle Tastes takes on Fall
Dahlia Lounge
Wednesday September 15th ,
5:30-7pm

Join us, once again, as we begin a new series of flavorful tasting in the private dining room of the Dahlia Lounge. We kick off the series with Pig by the Piece, paired with a sampling of beers from Maritime Brewery. Chef Mark Fuller will put together five succulent bites for the evening. He'll roast a suckling pig in a Chinese box for a melt-in-your-mouth Pulled Pork. We'll be serving a P.B.L.T (pork belly sandwiches, anyone?) and House-Cured Pork Leg . For a true head to tail eating-journey, the tasting will conclude with Head Cheese, and for the more adventurous, we'll have Crispy Trotters, otherwise known as pigs' feet. This is an excellent opportunity to taste foods that have been eaten for centuries in many other cultures, in addition to our own. If you've always been curious what all the fuss is about for eating a 'whole beast' this is an opportunity to give it a try. Plates will be paired with local beers from Maritime Pacific Brewing Company, a family-owned brewery based in Ballard that cooks up ales and lagers using traditional methods. We're big fans and we think you will be too!

We are sorry, but this event is full. We hope you can join us for upcoming Little Tastes.
