Bread is back!!!
Sitting down at Palace Kitchen and drowning our bread in a bowl of olive oil and balsamic vinegar is like nothing on earth! The hard crust, the tender center dripping with delicious yellow olive oil is incomparable. We are so happy to announce that our bread ovens have finally arrived and are being fired up daily. You can now find our delicious breads on the tables in the restaurants. Also, we have our bread back in Dahlia Bakery! Each day you can swing by to pick up our Russet Potato and Olive Oil Dahlia House Loaf, Roasted Onion Rye, Pain de Campagne, Ficelle, or Kalamata Olive Ciabatta for your table. Be sure to pick up your Bakers Dozen bread card and receive your 13th loaf compliments of Dahlia Bakery!
Dahlia Bakery Holiday Menu
We’re swinging into the Holiday Season with our favorites from Dahlia Bakery. As always, we’ll be baking our Triple Coconut Cream Pie and a Classic Pumpkin Pie. This year we’ll also be baking a chai-spiced Apple Pie, a Butternut Squash Cheesecake and Cranberry Meringue Tarts, among others. For a complete menu, please click here. You can order your desserts via fax or phone. Don’t forget about your dinner rolls!

Haven’t been down to Etta’s in quite some time? It’s time to walk on down to the Pike Place Market and taste what you’re missing. All month long in November, we’ll be offering a 3-course menu with suggested wine pairings.
Extra Extra! Read All About it!
We have the great fortune of being recognized in some of our favorite national magazines this month. Check out Details Magazine for men and read American Pie, a long list of some of the countries best pizza joints. Guess who’s in it? We’re not telling – you have to go check it out. Also, in this November's Bon Appetit, Tom wrote an article titled Stuffing 4 Ways. It’s a great resource to have around this holiday season, and the magazine is filled with 100’s of other fantastic food finds for Thanksgiving.
