Owen and Jenny's Wedding Tasting, Spring 2017

At the Palace Ballroom, we can hold weddings and wedding receptions for up to 200 people.  Jenny and Owen's reception starts with shaved iberico ham, fried almonds, pickles and summer fruits.  Spanish tortillas, gluten-free snacks will be passed around to guests while they sip rosé.  Their first plated dish will most likely be a green bean salad with peppers, but Jenny really loved the cherries in the greens.  Vegetarians will be treated with applewood grilled portobello mushrooms, while salmon and strawberries will satisfy the pescatarians of the group.
