Experience the Taste of Iceland in Seattle from October 3 to 5. Enjoy Iceland’s premier cultural festival and savor the best of Icelandic cuisine, beverages, music, comedy, nature, design, and wellness.

Enjoy an Icelandic culinary experience at Palace Kitchen hosted daily from October 3rd – 5th from 5pm-10pm. 

Ready to savor the flavors of Iceland?  Icelandic Chef Ísak Aron Jóhannsson and Palace Kitchen’s Executive Chef Ron Anderson will collaborate on a pop-up menu inspired by Icelandic ingredients and the award-winning dishes of the 2024 Icelandic Culinary Team. 

The Menu

The Taste of Iceland 3-course menu costs $85 per person.

  • 1st course

Pan-fried Icelandic cod loin and cod Mousseline, cherry tomato “confit,” haricot vert and quinoa ragout, white wine sauce served with smoked cod salad tartlet.

  • 2nd course

Roasted Icelandic Lamb loin with ramson capers, mushroom-filled paté choux with Feykir cheese foam, whey-glazed carrot, Mornay sauce, and ragout of chanterelles, green peas, and kohlrabi served alongside a potato mousse with a braised leg of Icelandic Lamb.

  • 3rd course

Icelandic Provisions Skyr mousse with raspberry compoté, caramelized white chocolate caramel, and wild Icelandic rose, and basil consommé served with warm almond cake
