A Toast to Summer with Treveri Cellars
Join chef Brock Johnson and winemaker Christian Grieb of Treveri Cellars as we toast the most stunning season in Seattle with our state’s finest bubbly! Home to the freshest products from our Prosser Farm, our team at Dahlia Lounge will create an intimate summer feast, all carefully paired with Treveri’s handcrafted sparkling wines. The meal will start with a bountiful spread of end of season spring vegetables and first of the season summer vegetables from our farm, then throughout the meal, we will feature local seafoods, applewood wood grilled meats, artisan cheeses, pickles and preserves, breads form our own dahlia workshop and plenty of sweets.
Treveri Cellars, located just off the Yakima River in Wapato (and less than an hour away from our own Prosser Farm), is a family-owned sparkling wine house that produces a wide array of sparkling wines, including non-traditional varieties such as Riesling and Mueller-Thurgau. Each guest will enjoy stories about sparkling production and the Méthode Traditionnelle (Traditional Method) used in Champagne, France, plus, Brock will share some tips and tricks in the kitchen for cooking all of the deliciousness that our summer bounty has to offer.
