Fisherman's Feast at Dahlia Lounge

From all of us at Dahlia Lounge, we are honored to host our first Fisherman’s Feast, a celebration of our favorite Northwest seafood purveyors.  This meal features the ultimate in traceability: shellfish farmed in south Puget sound and fin-fish of single boat-origin. This seafood tells a story and we’re bringing the best of the best, off the waters, to tell that story to you. With full plates and full glasses, we will create a discussion with these essential fishing families and generate greater awareness around sustainable seafood efforts happening on a local and global scale. At five courses (and fun beverage pairings), this will be an epic Fisherman’s Feast, one for the books!
