Mom & Tom - A Mother's Day Brunch
Are you searching for something special to do for Mom? Why not treat her to the best Mother’s Day ever and join us at Palace Ballroom for a delicious spring brunch complete with cooking demos by the one and only Chef Tom Douglas!
The pampering begins with mimosas, then Mom and her entourage will enjoy pastries, fruit, and a three-course brunch menu. As Tom demos each course of the menu, he will give valuable tips on cooking techniques while sharing personal stories and amusing anecdotes.
Moms are encouraged to strut their stuff and wear their finest Mother’s Day hats for the Best Hat Contest! Of course, there will be prizes.

1st: +Spring Peas Please: Sugar Snap Peas, Pea Tendrils, Chilled English Pea Soup
2nd: Dungeness Crab Quiche with Crispy Morel Mushrooms, Smoky Bavarian Meats Bacon, Arugula, Lemon Pressed Olive Oil
3rd: Strawberry Rhubarb Cobbler, Vanilla Bean Gelato
