A Pike Place Market Dinner

The Pike Place Market is the heart of our city. The constant buzz and bustle of market vendors, local shoppers, and visitors create a frenetic energy in our neighborhood. Walking through the market is a kaleidascope of color, sounds and smells and is the inspiration of this dinner with our friends and fellow market alum, Pike Brewing and Copperworks Distilling. Chefs Andrew Rivera of Etta's and Son Souvatdy of Seatown Seabar have put their minds together to create a gorgeous and delicious, seafood-focused dinner that mirrors the color and energy of our beloved Pike Place Market. Each course will be paired with beverages from Pike Brewery and Copperworks Distilling. This fun event is not to be missed!

Pacific scallop
with malted celery root, chicories, foie gras vinaigrette
Paired with: Pike Monk's Uncle

Fourth Course:
'Risotto'
with pacific squid, cuttlefish ink, charred octopus
Paired with: Pike Kilt Lifter
