Prosser Farm Dinners
With totes of peppers to piles of tomatoes, from fresh cut herbs to a rainbow of carrots, we invite you to experience the ultimate farm-to-table dinner series at our Prosser Farm in Eastern Washington. Join Farmer-in-Chief, Jackie Cross, Farm Manager Sarah Dublin, and featured chefs from our Seattle restaurants as we feast on the best of the season’s harvest with an intimate dinner (limited to 16 people). The exquisite dinner will begin with welcome snacks and bubbly, followed by a lively tour of the farm. With the backdrop of a stunning sunset, you’ll head inside Tom and Jackie’s farm house for a bountiful feast complete with great wines, good conversation and a few surprises along the way!
We are thrilled to incorporate our Seattle chefs from our Tom Douglas restaurants for the 5 dinners in this year’s series. Each chef is eager to harness their culinary creativity with the bounty of seasonally specific Prosser produce, all harvested the night before – or the day of – each dinner! While a chef may be from a certain style of restaurant (Italian at Cuoco, Mexican at Cantina Leña), the menus will be centered around the produce and seasonal ingredients from Prosser and neighboring farms.
