From growing up in Newark, Delaware (less than an hour away from South Philadelphia), Tom considers himself somewhat of an expert in delectable Cheesesteaks. He is adamant about utilizing the best peppers and onions from our Prosser Farm – and super thin “minute” steak with the melty provolone cheese. We’re putting his skills to the test on Inauguration Day our Cheesesteak pop up on Wednesday, January 20th at Serious TakeOut in Ballard from 12pm-7pm.
