Yolanda's Mole Dinner

Meet Yolanda, a Tom Douglas veteran of 12 years, who started out washing dishes and now makes all the pie crusts for our world famous coconut cream pies!  She has worked for Rub with Love, Dahlia Bakery, and is currently with the pastry team at Serious TakeOut Ballard, But making all that pie dough, hasn't stopped her from influencing what we make and eat.  She recently made her mole for family meal and the team couldn't get enough, which is why we are bringing it to you for a weekly dinner!
