Smoky BBQ Pork Ribs

INGREDIENTS: 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Fire up the grill for medium heat.
  2. Rub ribs with Smoky BBQ.
  3. Cook ribs over indirect medium heat with grill covered turning as needed.
  4. Smoke for about 3 hours.  Look for when meat starts to pull away from the bone.
  5. During the last 5 minutes of cooking time, brush the ribs on both sides with Ancho Molasses BBQ on both sides with sauce.
  6. Also, during the last 5 minutes of cooking, pop the padron peppers on the grill until charred.
  7. Remove ribs and padrons from grill.
  8. Slice between rib bones, pile on a platter and serve, passing additional sauce.
