Petrale Parmesan

We start with a parm-breaded petrale sole, fried until golden and crisp, then layer it with bright red sauce, shaved parmesan, arugula, and fresh herbs. It’s all tucked into a lightly toasted soft Bui bun from Macrina Bakery that holds up beautifully to every bite.
