Thanksgiving is one of my favorite meals of the year — I love that moment when a bronzed bird comes out of the oven and the scent of butter and herbs fills the kitchen. But at Lola, the holiday gets a little extra sparkle from the Mediterranean flavors at the heart of what we do. 

This year, we dreamt up new takes on the classics — giving them the Lola treatment — creative twists that make them even more delicious without losing that nostalgic, comforting feel. This year, the briny kick of kalamata olives finds its way into the stuffing, fiery harissa brings a spark to our roasted carrots, and thick, tangy labneh makes our mashed potatoes lighter and brighter. 

Most of all, we’re grateful for the great people we get to work alongside every day — the cooks, dishwashers, servers, and managers who bring their care and craft to everything we serve. They’re as excited as I am to cook for you and your family this Thanksgiving!
