CHEESY PIZZA SPICED POPCORN

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. 
  2. After the oil is hot, add the popcorn kernels and shake the pot to toss the kernels until they are coated. 
  3. Cover the pot with a lid.  Place lid slightly ajar to allow steam to escape. Or use a splatter screen. 
  4. Cook until the popcorn popping frequency slows. 
  5. Remove from heat. 
  6. Pour half popcorn in a large bowl. 
  7. Drizzle half of the melted butter evenly around popcorn in the bowl.
  8. Sprinkle with half each of the parmesan, salt, and Pizza Spice. 
  9. Toss popcorn evenly. 
  10. Pour remaining popcorn into the bowl. 
  11. Drizzle the remaining half of the melted butter evenly around popcorn in the bowl. 
  12. Sprinkle with half each of the parmesan, salt, and Pizza Spice.
